We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Retire Ready after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Retire Ready is an educational planning tool. It takes inputs you provide and generates illustrative projections to help you understand your retirement picture better.

Retire Ready is not a financial advisor, investment advisor, retirement planner, tax professional, insurance agent, or attorney. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, insurance, Social Security, or personalized retirement advice.

Using this website, starting the free checkup, or purchasing a report does not create a client relationship, fiduciary relationship, advisory relationship, or any professional relationship of any kind.

All results generated by Retire Ready are estimates based on the inputs you provide and the assumptions built into the tool. They are illustrative only.

Results depend entirely on the information you enter. If your inputs are incomplete, estimated, or change over time, your results may also be incomplete or change. Retire Ready does not verify any information you provide.

Retire Ready does not guarantee that you will be able to retire at a specific age, that your savings will last for a specific number of years, or that any outcome described in your report will actually occur. Actual retirement outcomes depend on many factors outside the scope of this tool, including market performance, inflation, healthcare costs, longevity, tax law changes, and personal spending behavior.

Paid reports are available for a one-time purchase price displayed at checkout. All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Access to your paid report is tied to the email address or session used at the time of purchase. Report access and refund terms are described in our Refund Policy.

All content, design, code, and materials on Retire Ready are owned by or licensed to Retire Ready and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the site without written permission.

Your personal report is generated for your individual use. You may save, download, or print it for your own planning purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Retire Ready, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the tool or any results generated, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Retire Ready's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the site shall not exceed the amount you paid for access to the product.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Retire Ready and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses — including reasonable attorney fees — arising from your use of the tool, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
