Refund Policy

Our Commitment

We want Retire Ready™ to feel genuinely useful and worth every dollar. If you purchase the Retire Ready Clarity Report and it doesn't deliver the clarity you hoped for, we want to make it right.


Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date if you are not satisfied with the Retire Ready Clarity Report.

Refund requests received after 30 days from the purchase date will generally not be approved, except in cases where there was a technical error preventing you from accessing your report.


How to Request a Refund

Email us at hello@myretirereadyreport.com with the following:

  • The email address used at checkout
  • The approximate date of purchase
  • A brief note about your experience (optional, but it helps us improve)

We typically respond to refund requests within 2 business days.


How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Refund processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Retire Ready does not charge a processing fee for approved refunds.


Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that:

  • Are submitted more than 30 days after the purchase date
  • Appear to be fraudulent or made in bad faith
  • Involve duplicate purchases where one has already been refunded
  • Involve misuse or abuse of the refund process

Free Checkup

The free checkup and free Snapshot are provided at no charge. No refund applies to free features.
